Welcome to the 4KidsWear LLC Baby Registry (“4KidsWear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating, accessing, or using our Baby Registry services (the “Services”) through our website www.4kidswear.com or in-store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Baby Registry Services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all registry users, including registrants, gift purchasers, and visitors. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website. Continued use of the Baby Registry following any updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Baby Registry Description

Our Baby Registry allows registrants to create a personalized list of products from 4KidsWear LLC for family and friends to purchase.

• Registrants – Can create, manage, and share a registry.
• Guests/Purchasers – Can view and purchase gifts from a registry online or in-store.
• Visitors – Can browse publicly available registries and product details.

2. Registry Setup and Maintenance

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to create a registry.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registry for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• It is your responsibility to keep your registry information accurate and up to date.

3. Purchasing & Fulfillment

• All registry purchases are processed directly through 4KidsWear LLC, either in-store or online.
• Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice.
• Registry items are not reserved until purchased.
• Some items may require special order lead times; these will be noted on the product page.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Registry items follow the 4KidsWear LLC Return Policy, which may differ from non-registry purchases.
• Eligible registry items may be exchanged within 30 days of the event date (proof of purchase required).
• Final Sale, personalized, and clearance items are non-returnable.

5. Use of Personal Information

Your registry information, including your name, event date, and selected items, may be shared publicly depending on your privacy settings. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and use your information.

6. Prohibited Use

When using our Baby Registry Services, you agree not to:

All products and registry services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 4KidsWear LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Baby Registry.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
